
| Alisyn has been dancing since the age of 4, and has studied many different styles of dance. She also figure skated for 14 years at Flint Four Seasons Figure Skating Club where she competed internationally. After high school, Alisyn continued her dance education at U of M-Flint where she studied ballet, jazz, and pointe. Then she went on to the University of Massachusetts in Boston where she studied dance history, modern, and ballet through the Boston Ballet, finally finishing up her college career at Oakland University, earning a Bachelor's of Performing Arts in Dance (as well as a B.A. in Spanish Language). She studied ballet, jazz, pointe, modern, improvisation, choreography, creative dance for children, pedagogy, and kineisiology. She was a member of Oakland Dance Theater and Oakland University Repertory Dance Company where she worked with Greg Patterson of Patterson Rhythm Pace Company, Mariah Malec, Laurie Eisenhower of Eisenhower Dance Ensemble, and William B. McLelland of Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, and performed pieces choreographed by Alexandra Bellar, Steven Koester, and Sean Curran. She has also done guest performances with Patterson Rhythm Pace Company, Eisenhower Dance Ensemble and has had the opportunity to dance backup for the The Contours. Alisyn worked for three years at Modern Messages Dance Company where she taught, choreographed, and performed. She was the head of the modern department and also taught ballet and jazz. While she was there, she was able to study ballet, pointe, jazz, and partnering, and had the opportunity to perform all over the state of Michigan opening up for artists such as Big Daddy Weave, Alabaster Box, and Tree 63. She is formerly a member of Lunchbox Jams Crew, a non profit organization that works in the Michigan wide community mentoring young dancers as well as performing for organizations like Beaumont Hospital, American Cancer Society, and Caterpillar Construction Company and competing all over the Midwest. Alisyn is also teaching and performing right now and soon plans on continuing her dance education. |

| Jared started dancing at the age of 16 in various styles of Hip-Hop and B-boying (breakdancing). He formed the Zion Crew while attending Ypsilanti High School and performed and competed statewide in many different events. His senior year he was a state champion in Gymnastics on parallel bars and ranked 4th in the state. After graduating high school with a talent scholarship he attended Washtenaw Community College majoring in dance. While at WCC he worked, Choreographed, performed with Dance 4 Unity, Bethesda's I Am Coalition, and U of M's Element 1 B-boy organization. During college he formed Tribe 7 Productions and the dance group Three Kings. During the groups run they opened up for musical artist like God's Army, Kiki Sheard, Canton Jones, Da Truth, and Rock Nation. In 2005 Jared was hired in at Modern Messages Dance Co. of Highland and Canton Premier Dance. Over the next 3 years he helped to build the boys program at both studios as well as performing and choreographing in MMDCo's Performance company who opened up for artist such as Alabaster Box, Tree 63, and Big Daddy Weave. While at both studios he studied Ballet, Jazz, and Modern. Jared has had the privilege of studying under dance greats like Pop Master Fabel and Crazy Legs of the legendary Rock Steady Crew, Alien Ness of The Mighty Zulu Kings, and Poe One of Style Elements. He was a member of Lunchbox Jams Crew for 4 years, a non profit organization that works in the Michigan wide community mentoring young dancers as well as performing for organizations like Beaumont Hospital, American Cancer Society, and Caterpillar Construction Company. Jared has traveled all over the Midwest and south competing and winning in b-boy competitions with Lunchbox Jams and Vertical Ambition. Jared hopes to continue his dance education while working and performing in the community. |
| Julia began dancing at the age of 11 at Modern Messages Dance Company in Highland, MI. She started studying ballet and jazz and later expanded into pointe, hip hop, modern, breaking, and partnering. She was a featured dancer and soloist in Modern Message's production of "Christmas", and has performed across the state with their pre-professional company. Julia currently attends Wayne State University and is pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts in dance. At Wayne State, Julia has studied modern, ballet, choreography, improvisation, pilates, and was a member of WSU's Dance Company One under Linda Simmons and Kelly Gottesman. |
